Pink Valentine Cinnamon RollsIngredients

1 package active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
Red food coloring
1/3 cup salted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 cups flour

Filling

1 cup light brown sugar (remove any lumps)
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Cream Cheese Frosting

1/4 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
In a small bowl combine warm milk and yeast. Mix. Let sit for 10 minutes. Add in red food coloring, one drop at a time until desired “pink” is reached.

Combine butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Add in eggs. Beat until smooth. Gradually add in flour and milk mixture, alternating with each addition until dough is formed.

Valentine Cupcake BoxesPlace dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow dough to rise for an hour or until it doubles in size.

For the filling, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

Roll out dough into a 13×9″ rectangle. Spread 1/3 cup melted butter onto dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up the dough, lengthwise.

Using “dental floss”, cut the roll slices. Simply take a piece of floss and slide it under the roll. Pull up and cross the two ends of floss. This will create a clean slice. Make the slices about 1″.

Place rolls into a 9×13″ greased baking pan.

Bake at 350℉ for 18-20 minutes.

For the frosting combine all the ingredients. Make sure the cream cheese and butter are at room temperature to avoid lumps. Spread the frosting over “warm” rolls.

Serve and EAT! Enjoy!
