Have you gathered all your recipes for Thanksgiving? Set aside that canned cranberry sauce and try something FRESH and new this holiday! Make this low-carb pineapple cranberry sauce from Great Food & Lifestyle.


1 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
3/4 cup apple cider
3/4 cup xylitol (or to taste) (sugar substitute)
2 tbsp orange liqueur
1 tsp organic cinnamon
1.5 cups frozen pineapple


Cook all of the ingredients, except pineapple, in a medium bowl over medium heat. Stir frequently.
When the cranberries are popped and the mixture is bubbling, turn the heat to low. Stir in the pineapples. When they’re thawed turn off the heat. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
